Is everything fully white-label?
Yes. Files are delivered with your naming and branding, there are no watermarks, and we never contact your clients. Your team owns the client relationship end to end. NDAs and mutual service agreements are available on request.
Which formats and platforms do you deliver?
9:16 for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts; 1:1 and 16:9 for Meta and YouTube feeds; 21:9 hero cuts and up to 4K for premium brand work. Every asset is delivered to the spec in your brief, including safe zones and resolution.
How do revisions work?
Minor revisions — cuts, captions, music, pacing, local adjustments — are included until the asset is approved. Major changes (new talent, new style, new storyboard) are scoped as a new asset, and the rules are agreed in writing before production starts. Failed AI generations are our cost, never billed to you.
What's the turnaround?
Pilot assets typically within 5 business days; pack batches run on a 48–72h cadence once the brief and references are locked. Rush slots are available for retainer partners.
Do you use AI-generated people? Isn't that risky?
We use AI talent to show how a product looks, fits or is used in lifestyle scenarios — clearly synthetic, never presented as real customers. We refuse testimonials, performance claims, before/after results and impersonation of real people or public figures. See our Responsible AI policy.
What do you need from us to start?
A product (or high-res product images), a few reference ads or the vibe you're after, target platform and deadline. We handle the rest — script structure, scenes, talent direction, QC and export.
How do payments work?
Invoiced in USD. The $99 pilot is paid upfront; packs follow the same model until a rhythm is established, after which retainer partners can move to scheduled billing. Wire transfer and Wise supported.
