ROVEFRAME provides white-label AI creative production to marketing and advertising agencies. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this site or work with us, how we use it, and the controls you have.
Information we collect
- Contact details you send us — name, agency, email address and the contents of your inquiry or brief
- Production materials — product images, brand assets, reference ads, scripts and feedback shared to produce deliverables
- Correspondence — emails, brief threads and revision notes
- Technical data — standard server logs from our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed)
How we use it
- To quote, produce, revise and deliver creative work
- To communicate about orders, timelines and support
- To invoice and administer payments
- To maintain security, records and legal compliance
White-label confidentiality
Your client relationships, briefs and brand materials are treated as confidential. We never contact your end clients, never co-brand deliverables, and never publish client work without written permission. NDAs and mutual service agreements are available on request before production starts.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate — hosting and email providers, payment providers (bank transfer / Wise), and production partners who receive only the materials needed to produce a specific deliverable, under confidentiality obligations.
Data retention
Briefs and materials are retained while an engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterward for records and account continuity. You can request deletion of your materials at any time, subject to retention required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and object to certain processing. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Cookies & tracking
This is a static site. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad-tracking or remarketing pixels. If analytics tooling is added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe it.
International transfers
Our processors and production partners may operate in different countries. Where data crosses borders, it remains covered by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Business-to-business service
Our services are offered to businesses and agencies, not consumers or children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Updates are posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be noted to active partners.
